API credits are separate from Dream Machine subscriptions and do not transfer between the products. A team planning automation should therefore estimate API costs independently. Commercial rights and privacy
The Luma terms of use tie commercial output use to the applicable plan. They also place responsibility for inputs, people, intellectual property, and prohibited deceptive uses on the user. Commercial permission from Luma does not clear a photographed person, protected character, logo, product design, or copyrighted source. The current privacy policy describes collection of prompts, images, and video and permits processing for service development and model improvement. Enterprise processing may be governed differently.
