Pricing
Simplified's current pricing page advertises Starter from $79 per month and a trial with 5 campaigns, 100K AI words and 100 AI designs. A campaign credit produces one output type, such as 6 social posts, a 3–5-email sequence, or 3 paid-ad variants; unused campaigns do not roll over and extras are listed at $10 each. The same page currently contains inconsistent legacy plan labels and embedded price data, so confirm the plan name, billing cycle, seats, social accounts, AI credits, campaigns, storage, agents, API access and renewal total in checkout or a signed quote.

What is Simplified?

Simplified is a broad marketing workspace that combines AI writing, image and design tools, presentations, video creation and editing, social scheduling, analytics, an inbox, approvals and project management. Its 2026 positioning goes beyond the older description of an “all-in-one AI content app.” The current site presents Simplified as an execution layer: a team briefs marketing agents, receives finished campaign assets, reviews them, and decides what ships.

A campaign can produce a batch of social posts, an email sequence or paid-ad variants. Separate creative tools remain available, so an operator can work directly rather than always use an agent. Brand memory, reusable workflows and an agent builder add context and repetition. MCP, CLI and API access are intended to let external agents or applications trigger work inside Simplified.

That breadth is the product’s appeal and its main governance issue. The same workspace can contain brand guidelines, client files, unpublished offers, connected social accounts, customer conversations and publishing authority. Evaluating it as “one more writer” misses both the operational upside and the blast radius.

Campaign and creative workflow

Start with a narrow brief: objective, audience, approved offer, evidence, channels, exclusions, required disclosures, brand kit and success metric. According to the pricing FAQ, one campaign credit corresponds to one output type: a six-post social batch, a three-to-five-message email sequence, or three Meta or Google ad variants. This makes campaign credits more meaningful than a generic word counter, but it does not mean every output is ready to publish.

Keep the source pack beside the generated work. Product facts, prices, dates, inventory, legal text, image rights and customer quotes need owners and expiry dates. Require reviewers to check factual support, brand fit, accessibility, localization, platform policy, claims and links. A polished campaign can be consistently wrong if its source material is stale.

For video and image work, record the model or feature, input assets, edits, stock sources, releases and export. For social work, separate content approval from permission to publish. Client approval should identify the exact version and destinations; a general “looks good” should not authorize an agent to post future variations.

Agents, API and publishing risk

Simplified advertises marketing agents, Agent Builder, workflows, MCP, CLI and API. These can reduce repetitive assembly, but every connector creates a boundary between data and action. An external agent may supply untrusted web content, a workflow may select the wrong brand, or a scheduler may publish to the wrong client account.

Use distinct development, review and production workspaces where available. Give service accounts only the channels and actions they need. Prefer draft creation over direct publishing, require a human checkpoint for messages and ads, limit spend and volume, and log prompts, sources, generated files, reviewer decisions and destination IDs. Protect MCP and API credentials as production secrets; rotate them, restrict network use if supported, and revoke them when a project ends.

Test failure cases before increasing autonomy: prompt injection in imported text, conflicting brand instructions, an expired discount, a missing image release, a revoked social token, duplicate scheduling and a partial platform outage. A safe workflow must stop visibly and recover without silently sending an incomplete campaign.

Pricing and cost control

On August 9, 2026, the official pricing page marketed Simplified Starter from $79 per month. Its FAQ described a trial containing five campaigns, 100,000 AI words and 100 AI designs. Unused campaign allowances reset rather than roll over, and additional campaigns were listed at $10 each. Cancellation has no cancellation fee, but the Terms say prepaid unused fees are not refunded and remaining unpaid plan fees may become due.

The page is internally inconsistent: its campaign-led copy and metadata describe Starter, while a rendered legacy component shows different plan names, account limits and generative-credit packages, and embedded offer data does not align cleanly with the headline. This may be a migration issue, but buyers should not infer entitlements from a screenshot or this review.

Before payment, save the checkout or quote showing monthly versus annual total, renewal date, taxes, seats, social accounts, brand kits, campaigns, generative credits, words, designs, video, storage, agents, workflows, API/MCP, analytics, inbox, approvals, support, add-ons and overage rules. Model cost per approved campaign—not cost per raw generation—and watch unused non-rolling allowances.

Privacy, content rights and asset licensing

Simplified’s privacy page says user content is not used to train generalized AI models, data is not sold, Google Workspace data is not transferred except to provide or improve app functionality, and deletion requests are processed within 30 days subject to legal retention. The same page says full GDPR and CCPA compliance is “coming soon.” Teams subject to those regimes should not turn marketing assurances into a compliance conclusion; request the DPA, subprocessors, hosting and transfer details, security evidence, incident commitments, model-provider terms and deletion procedure.

The public Terms are dated September 2022, older than the May 2026 privacy revision and current agent features. They say the service is not tailored for HIPAA, FISMA or GLBA use, disclaim third-party network risk, provide no refund for prepaid unused fees, and allow content deletion after termination. Export projects, campaign evidence and account mappings before cancelling, and resolve any conflict in a signed business agreement.

The separate license permits commercial and noncommercial use of Simplified media in designs and allows modification. It does not guarantee releases for identifiable people, places, art, logos or brands. It prohibits selling content unmodified, using included assets as a trademark, implying endorsement, and certain offensive or defamatory uses; some editorial or audiovisual uses require credit. AI generation does not remove these obligations. Use licensed original inputs, verify stock provenance, avoid trademark exclusivity assumptions and retain release records.

Evaluation and verdict

Pilot one real but non-sensitive campaign across two channels. Measure time from approved brief to approved outputs, factual error rate, rights and policy failures, reviewer effort, edit distance, scheduling accuracy, accessibility, localization quality and actual campaign results. Compare the entire workflow with your current stack, including migration, approvals, account management and failure recovery.

Simplified is attractive when the goal is to replace handoffs, not merely generate another paragraph. Its combination of creative production, campaign agents and social operations can give a small team meaningful leverage. The right deployment keeps authority narrower than capability: validate the live package, minimize connected data, preserve versioned approvals, review every claim and asset, and let automation earn publishing privileges gradually.

Strengths

  • Brings copy, images, design, presentations, video, brand context, social planning, inbox, analytics, approvals and project work into one marketing workspace
  • Adds brief-to-output agents, reusable workflows, an agent builder, MCP, CLI and API instead of stopping at isolated content generation
  • Its May 2026 privacy notice explicitly says user content and Google Workspace data are not used to train generalized AI models

Limitations

  • The current pricing page mixes new campaign-oriented messaging with inconsistent legacy card names and embedded price data, so entitlement and total cost require checkout validation
  • One connected workspace can hold client assets, brand knowledge and publishing credentials; a bad prompt, stale claim or excessive permission can reach several channels quickly
  • The media license permits commercial use but restricts unmodified resale, trademarks, implied endorsement and sensitive depictions, and does not guarantee releases for identifiable subjects or brands

Best for

  • Small marketing teams and agencies that want to reduce handoffs across ideation, creation, client approval, scheduling and reporting
  • Teams producing repeated social, email and ad campaigns from approved brand kits and source material
  • Operators prepared to separate drafts from production, review claims and rights, restrict channel permissions, and track campaign economics

Not ideal for

  • Buyers who need a stable, simple public price matrix without confirming current checkout entitlements and billing terms
  • Fully autonomous publishing, ad activation or customer messaging without approvals, consent checks, spend limits, audit logs and rollback
  • Regulated, confidential or high-risk content where the public terms, compliance status, data location, model providers or asset releases do not meet procurement requirements

Frequently asked questions

How much does Simplified cost?

The current official page says Starter begins at $79 per month and describes a trial with 5 campaigns, 100K AI words and 100 AI designs. It also exposes inconsistent legacy plan and price information. Treat $79 as the advertised starting point, then verify plan, cycle, tax, seats, accounts, credits, agents, API, add-ons and renewal in checkout or a signed quote.

Does Simplified train AI on customer content?

Its privacy policy, reviewed May 2026, says designs, captions, videos, brand assets, Google Workspace data and other user content are not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI models. Buyers should still confirm subprocessors, model-provider retention, enterprise DPA terms, deletion and any product-specific exceptions.

Can I commercially use media from Simplified?

The media license allows commercial and noncommercial use in designs, but prohibits unaltered resale, trademark use and misleading or offensive depictions. It warns that releases may not exist for identifiable people, brands, logos or places. Review every source, release and output before client or advertising use.
