AI creation and content control
Pitch Agent accelerates first drafts and revisions. Give it a source pack, audience, objective, required sections, approved claims, desired action, and brand context. Review the outline before polishing individual slides. A presentation can look coherent while making unsupported assumptions about the customer, market, or product.
Keep source links or internal evidence IDs beside claims during drafting. Separate historical results from forecasts, and label AI-created images where the context requires disclosure. Ask a subject owner to approve every pricing, compliance, customer, financial, and competitive statement.
AI credits are shared at workspace level on paid plans. This makes team use flexible but can hide which workflows consume the allowance. Track initial deck creation, repeated rewrites, personalized variants, image work, and failed attempts separately.
Collaboration and brand operations
Pitch supports multiplayer editing, comments, guests, templates, custom fonts on paid plans, content variables, teamspaces, asset collections, roles, co-presenting, and version history. The exact limits depend on tier.

Advanced links report visits, slide views, and time spent. Pitch rooms combine decks and other sales resources into one shareable destination, then expose engagement. These capabilities help a sales team prioritize follow-up, but they also create a privacy and interpretation obligation.
Time on a slide does not prove agreement or intent. A tab can remain open, a link can be forwarded, or multiple people can use one device. Treat analytics as a signal, not a definitive buyer score. Disclose tracking where required, define retention, and avoid connecting sensitive behavior to unnecessary personal profiles.
Free sharing links and PDF exports carry Pitch branding. Paid tiers remove branding, and Team adds a limited number of advanced links and pitch rooms. Business raises those limits to unlimited under the current pricing table.
PowerPoint and PDF export
Pitch documents PowerPoint export on paid plans, while Free includes branded PDF export. Portability still needs a practical test. Fonts, video, interactive embeds, transitions, and responsive web elements do not always translate cleanly into a static or different editor.
Use the exact corporate template and a dense representative deck. Export to PPTX, open it in the recipient's version of PowerPoint, and inspect master behavior, text wrapping, charts, notes, images, video, accessibility order, and file size. Team is listed at $23 per seat monthly or $19 annually, for up to 25 members, and adds roles, more guests, advanced links, pitch rooms, teamspaces, a custom domain, interactive embeds, variables, and 30-day history. Business is listed at $30 per seat monthly or $25 annually for up to 200 members and expands usage, resources, and history. Enterprise is custom with a minimum seat context and identity controls.
Prices exclude applicable tax and can change. Model the whole workspace, including paid creators, free commenters, guests, AI overage, custom-domain operations, analytics governance, and the cost of maintaining templates.
Privacy and security review
Pitch's privacy policy identifies Pitch Software GmbH in Germany and describes Pitch as a processor when a customer controls presentation data. It also states that large language model tools may process data for presentation generation and other product features, with technical providers in the United States under data-processing agreements and transfer safeguards.
The public legal center links its GDPR overview, DPA, privacy policy, terms, and security policy. Procurement should review those controlling documents, the subprocessor list, retention, account deletion, support access, link analytics, and AI-provider handling. Do not assume that presentation content and visitor analytics follow the same deletion path.
