Sharing, collaboration, and export
Prezi supports collaborators, view links, trackable links on eligible plans, online presenting, and exports such as PDF or PowerPoint depending on the license. These routes solve different jobs. A Prezi link preserves the native navigation; a PDF is static; a PowerPoint export should be tested for editability and visual fidelity rather than assumed to reproduce every native behavior.

Avoid choosing a plan from the headline AI allowance alone. Count the creators who need editing access, the viewers who only need a link, required privacy, exports, analytics, brand governance, and identity controls. Credits, plan names, promotions, and included features can change, so confirm them at purchase and renewal.
Privacy, AI providers, and content rights
Prezi's AI product terms say users are responsible for inputs and outputs, must manually review generated material, and should disclose AI-generated content in the manner described by the terms. They prohibit confidential and sensitive personal data in AI inputs. The terms also state that inputs are shared with third-party providers used to deliver AI features, including OpenAI in the United States, and that AI chat content may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form to improve models and service functionality.
The privacy policy distinguishes public and private content and says public user content may be analyzed to train Prezi algorithms and AI services. Reusable public content may also be shared with AI partners under the described conditions. These details make visibility settings a data-governance decision, not just a sharing preference.
Do not upload customer secrets, unreleased financial results, health data, personal records, or licensed material without authorization. Keep evidence for source rights and person consent. Generated output may be inaccurate or similar to other output, and using it legally remains the publisher's responsibility.
